Tradition and Modernity

Le Moulin de Lere, a restaurant full of tradition and modernity, within a relaxed and convivial environment.

Between mill and forge, a place dominated by stone and wood…. The chimney is lit every day in winter, and we are surrounded by verdant greenery for the remainder of the year. Irene warmly welcomes you to our relaxed and convivial restaurant, a homely place, where you can share a relaxing moment in an environment that blends natural beauty and fresh flavours

Our Menu

Our offerings; maybe the fruit of a walk, a voyage, an encounter, a souvenir from our childhood or a special occasion remembered; we aim to showcase an exceptional and ephemeral product.

Our cooking will reveal a “terroir” and tell a story….well beyond just a plate, Frederic’s cooking is part of a world of exchange and sharing, along with the personalised service offered by Irene, in a spirit of conviviality and relaxation.

The Wines

Our wine list is made up of about 60 offerings. It is short and to the point and essentially offers you wines from the local region of the Alps, with one or two samples from outside this area. We like to promote the wine growers who cultivate their product in the same spirit as us, a spirit which respect nature and offers an individual taste. The wines are lively, vibrant and will appeal to everyone.

Hours
Each evening from Wednesday to Saturday from 19.30 – 21.00
lunchtime from Friday to Sunday 12.00 – 13.30

The restaurant is also open on Sunday evenings from July to September, and by reservation for the remainder of the year. Dogs are welcome throughout hotel and in the surrounding grounds, except in the restaurant. Many thanks for your understanding.
